The rule

Six more that A1 needs constantly. con (with) and sin (without) — and note the two one-word forms conmigo and contigo, which are not "con mí". desde (from, since) and hasta (until, as far as) usually work as a pair: desde las nueve hasta las tres. entre is "between" and takes no article after it: entre semana. sobre is "about" for a topic and "on top of" for a place, and it is also "around" with a time: sobre las seis.

Examples

  1. ¿Vienes conmigo al médico?

    Are you coming with me to the doctor?

  2. Trabajo desde las nueve hasta las tres.

    I work from nine until three.

  3. Nos vemos sobre las seis.

    We will meet around six.

Keep in mind

  • conmigo, no "con mí"

    con + mí and con + ti become one word each.
