soler: what you usually do
The rule
soler has no one-word English equivalent: it means "to usually do". It is followed straight by an infinitive and changes its stem like poder: suelo, sueles, suele, solemos, suelen. Suelo comer a las dos = "I usually eat at two". For the past, use the imperfect: solía ir en bici = "I used to cycle". soler is only for HABITS, never for a single event, so it is almost never used in the indefinido or the future.
suelo, sueles, suele, solemos, suelen + infinitivo · solía + infinitivo
Examples
Suelo levantarme a las siete.
I usually get up at seven.
Los domingos solemos comer en casa de mis padres.

Keep in mind
Suelo cenar tarde. / Normalmente ceno tarde.
Same meaning: soler + infinitive = normalmente + verb.
